My betta has been acting really funny these past few weeks. He is lying on the bottom of the tank, still breathing every time i look at him. Everytime i go to flush him, he wakes up and swims around, all upside down and topsy turvy. He will not eat, and he cant swim straight. Its probably swim bladder, but is it possible to cure? How has he survived this long without eating? What should i do? All params are fine, and i do a WC every other week.

I'd say that a water change once every two weeks isn't enough in a 1.5g tank. Weekly would be better. Also, do you have a heater in there? If the temperature is dropping at night, it's a good way to make a betta sick.
