sick catfish plz help

HI there my catfish is sick or atleast that's what i think. Recently i noticed lil red dotz on my catfish body and there is one on his mouth. To me these red dots seem like anches or pimple or something like that. A picture will be posted when i figure how to post the img

It could be asepticema, go buy some marcyn 2 and treat your fish with that, that usually cures those sort of problems. What kind of catfish is it?
