Sick Clownfish

Does anyone know what this is?



My clownfish is breathing rapidly and is very lethargic. I haven't noticed it scratching or rubbing up against anything. There are no other fish in the tank.

S.G. is 1.024, pH is 8.3, ammonia is 0, nitrite is 0 and nitrate is 10.

Looks like it could be HLLE (Head and Lateral Line Erosion).
How long have you had the fish? Do you know if it was wild caught or tank bred? (wild caughts are more suseptible to HLLE). What do you feed it?

Might want to move this to the Saltwater Section.....not sure if a lot of salties look in the disease forum.
