My daughter has a new 10 gallon tank. There are five goldfish in the tank. Two of the goldfish have developed a some kind of problem.
They both swim with their boddies in the verticle. Their heads are down. If they stop swimming, one sinks to the bottom. The other will float to the top. The one that sinks has been this way for over a month. The other just started doing it this week.
One the first one developed the problem we discussed it with the people at the pet store. They said that we should feed them the inside of cooked peas. That the fish could be constipated.
Nothing has worked. We have been battling a problem with excess ammonia in the tank but we seem to have that under control for now.
Does anyone have any ideas?
