Sick JD

My female JD has not eaten in about a week and seems to be very lethargic. My male and my Gibby seem fine and are eating well. Water parameter are in check, Ammonia 0, Nitrite 0, Nitrate 5, pH 6.8, temp 78F. No changes to the tank recently.

Could it be a parasite? What are the signs? Is there any harm in treating regardless?

Have you seen any aggressivness towards that fish from the others? Is it constantly hiding?

Actually, I think that the male has been less aggressive the last week or so. He was never very aggressive, but would occasionally chase the female around the tank. I have not notice that lately, but I am only around the tank a couple hours a day.

She is not hiding but instead just lying on the gravel. She moves around a little, but she is pretty lethargic. Her color has remained about the same, but she is starting to look skinny. Doesn't seem to be breathing heavily either.
