Sick L187b

I was away since Monday and came home to find my Striped Rubbernose Pleco, L187b, looking like the pictures below. I could not get a picture of his back, but he is covered in white spots that look like Ich. I have never had a pleco get Ich and all the other fish look fine. Most are tetra's plus a couple of other plecos. You can see some of the spots on his fins and also note the blood around his mouth. Any in-site would be appreciated.

My rubberlip got ick right before he died...didnt get any blood around the mouth tho (that i noticed) he sorta went nuts, and jumped out of the water smacking his head on the lid...
whats the temperature on the tank? have u raised it? any salt in the water?

I am raising the temp now and have added salt. I am assuming it is Ich but wanted other opinions in case I was not identifying it correctly. Maybe Rubbernoses are more susceptible than other plecs. Thanks for the help.
