I noticed yesterday that one of my platies was hiding in the java moss and not being very active. This morning I found her hanging out at the top of the tank in a corner, her fins are clamped and she's very lethargic. When I fed the tank, she did show some interest in food, but not much. I did however notice when she got under the light strip, that her body is covered in a white/grey film. The best my research could come up with was velvet. None of the other fish seem to be affected.
Any ideas, or suggestions on best treatment options? She's in a 10g with one other adult platy and many fry. As well as two amano shrimp. I'll try to get a picture!

Here's a picture, it's not very good, the platy seemed to be scared of the camera. You can't really see the film on her, but you can see how clamped her fins are. Normally you would see a little black dot above her tail fin, but it's almost covered in the film on her.
