sick puffer?

i was watching my green puffer and twice he went down and rubbed his belly on a rock very quickly then stopped, he shows know other signs of illness, could this be a skin infection or something?

When i went to petco a lot of their puffers do that, but my puffers, i have three, they never do that, except they sleep on the gravel!!

puffers are almost always in very bad condition in stores, btw why do you end every sentence with !! ?
