This didn't get ay attention in the disease forum, so I'm asking it here. I bought a sick ram (stupid, I know). He has a white foggy spot over his eye and discoloration in the iris. I treated it with Jungle Fungus Clear (nitrofurazone, furazolidone, potassium dichromate) a couple weeks ago, and again earlier this week, and the eye hasn't cleared up.

I don't know what your cloudy eye looks like, but sometimes it can be caused by an eye fluke or other types of parasite or protozoan. It could be an injury to the eye or it could be bacterial or fungal infection.

I just did a quick search and came across this site:
Fish Eye Disorders

I hope you can figure it out, good luck!

It looks like gentamycin would be better than the drugs I used for the number of diseases it cures. What is a good medication containing it?

I found an image of a cloudy-eyed ram. The iris is golden like mine, but it has a cloudier eye. Another similarity is how there is more white at the center of the eye.

I pulled it off this site: DwfSAmCicFAQs
I wish I knew how the owner's fish turned out.
