Sick ryukin...(need help FAST...leaving town tomorrow)

My ryukin is sick, he seemed to slow down yesterday and when I got home from work today he isn't swimming much at all.
I think it may be his stomach...he's had swim bladder problems before(namely floating after eating and pecking at the water surface too much) but now he's sitting at the bottom, about half the time on his side and he's developed a wicked curve right in front of his anal fins, seems to be having breathing problems as well(could be something else, could be the fact he's not moving much....
Water levels are very good, no ammonia or nitrites, nitrates are low(I was planning a water change tomorrow anyways), and the pH was a little high but I fixed it.

...the real problem here is that I'm leaving tomorrow(Monday) night and won't be back until Saturday morning....I could quarantine him normally, but with the vacation I can't leave him in a 1 gallon to heal for that time...however I don't want to risk my comet's life as well...So if he's not better before I leave do I leave him in the bigger tank with his tankmate or put him in a smaller tank(that will have aeration and a filter, of course) and hope?

Me neither....he seems to be at will of the current and/or bubbles sometimes...maybe TB? With the curvature of the spine that's my best guess with the water conditions being good and my other guy swimming around excitedly.

Well he hasn't gotten any better so I quarantined him in a smaller tank with pure water and a filter running....hopefully a miracle happens and he's okay when I get back Saturday.
Leave for the airport in 2 hours, wish him luck. :/
