I just started to finish the cycling period for my tank and i am planning on putting angel fish into my tank. I also have 3 silver dollars in my other tank that i think would do better in this new tank as well. But i am not sure if their gonna chase around my angels and chew off all their fins. Any help or sharing past experiences with silver dollars will be much obliged.

From what I have read, silver dollars tend to be very shy, and should be fine for a community tank. Someone with experience keeping them may have a better answer.

Keep in mind they get large (6" or so) and like to be in big schools. And, they aren't suitable for planted tanks, as they will shred plants apart from what I have read.
