Silver Molly w/Pop-Eye

Hello All. I am new to the group. I have a 65 gallon hex tank with the majority being guppies, some neons, tetras and mollys. My female silver molly has developed pop-eye on one side. Does anyone know what causes this and what, if anything can cure it? She seems fine but I want to make sure I shouldn't isolate her from the other fish.

Any input would be greatly appreciated!!

it is an internal infection, you need to medicate that fish, I would set her up in a quaritine tank asap. and medicate with meds for internal infections, something like penicillin tablets, or if you dont feel like going throught that sort of trouble for a fish, there is one other option
