Skic Fish?

Now the Diatoms went away in my tank and the fish are developing white spots like fresh water ich. Is tjere a salt water ich and are there any medications to treat it? Any treatments you recommend?

Here is some info:Marine Ich .
Its best if you have a hospital tank but your tank is probably pretty new an not much is going on with the live rock yet so you could treat in the tank if there is no other way.
