Skin Pealing??

today i look in my tank and my chocolate molly looks like a human that got really bad sunburn and his skin is pealing? i dont know how to explain it..... its not like ick where it looks like small spots...its white flakes? what is it? how do i treat it ? do i get it out of my main tank? any help would be appreciated im worried about my other fish.
