Ok i have something in my tank that is causing me worries.

I have tested all readings and they come back good the only spike is in phosphates which has to do with bloodworms and ferts, but all other readings are where they should be:

0 ppm ammonia
0 ppm nitrates
10 ppm nitrites

The problem i am having is one of my clown loaches has skinny disease and is going to die over night i can tell, he is so thin i can see through him, he was fine but after i stopped salt treatment for ich seems he went downhill fast, he has red streak in middle of body from head to tail, lays on side or upside down so i have taken him out of tank into QT again. I have a zebra danio that seems to shrink everytime he eats, his stomach is actually vanished like it is not there anymore. My Paradise Blue Gourmais are healthy but scare me as one is darker in color and they just seem stand offish. One of my yo yo loaches is super skinny but has been that way for a while still active and eating just very skinny.

I am leaning towards internal parasite, but not sure how to treat for disease when you can't really identify the cause or what it is exactly.

I have this medication on hand should i dose it or not:

metronidazole

it is made by seachem... for protozoan and anaerobic bacterial diseases. I bought to treat a previous case of sick gourmai but he died before i could treat symptoms. That was two 1/2 months ago. Since then the tank has been fine, within last two days i have seen the signs of something lurking in tank causing the fish to get ill. Any guidance is appreciated, i can try to get pics of zebra danio and loach but hard to get them at good position to see the worries.
