slime?

ok now my friends you will start hearing alot from me now i see more results coming from my tanks.

well first off does stress coat leave a film on the inside of the glass?
secondly i looked real close and there seems to be slime particles floating in the water....what could this be? its a clear slime almost like runny nose

Tanks Specs

55 gallon tank
2- Aqua Tech 30-60 filters
200w aquarium heater(which i rarely use)
2- 24 inch flourescent lights( on about 9 hours a day)
25 pounds of course gravel
Rocks
1 Plastic plant
2 Air stone strips connected to a AquaCulture Air Pump

Fish
-----
3 baby oscars ( 2 1/2 inches long)
2 baby red bellied pacu (1 runt 1 inch long, and 1- 1 3/4 long)
1 blood parrot ( 3 inches long)
2 sailfin plecos (2 1/2 inches long)
1 Jack Dempsey (3 inches long)

And I know it seams over stocked but in reality it is not right now since they are all tiny.And i have a 200 gallon DIY tank in progress:D

Tetramin Tropical Flakes(2 pinches 2x daily)

Yes I know the tank will be over crowded in the future and thats why i have a DIY tank in progress:D

also i vacuumed my gravel last night and cleaned inside the glass...i never noticed but my tank looks beutiful!!

oh ya almost forgot, i see NO particles floating no more...yaya
