Well my friend gave me another tetra(he needs to learn that he cant have 10 in a 10g) and that was a week ago. Last night I noticed that it look like a peice of her tail was missing, could this be a disease or just a bite? And what should I do to help her?

She is swimming normal and is eating fine. She seems to be the leader of the four and then the gourami takes over. She is carrying eggs and looks like she is ready to breed(intense coloring).
