Small white cyst on corycat julii

My corycat julii has a white cyst on its nose. The size of this cyst look-a-like is about 1mm in diameter. I need help to determine the cause of this problem and the remedies. The water parameters are: Amonia is less than
.30, Nitrite is 0, Nitrate is 20. The tank is going through a mini cycle and just put in Bio-Spira on Wednesday night. Please help. Thank you in advance.

not an expert here, but it might be the starting of ich, as i learned with biospira it doesnt really completely cycle your tank, it speeds it up alot though, and i dont think you can really go wrong with doing an extra water change now and then. id do a water change, turn up your heater a bit, and add some salt to your tank, do a search on ich and you'll find alot of posts.
