hello all,

so as you know i made a thread a while back asking how i could easily remove the plastic filter cover that was siliconed to the back of the tank (no longer used as it blew and i got a stronger power head). anyway, i finally removed it and the tank looks so open spaced now as there arent many plant species left in the tank, red tiger lilly, another species of lilly, straight vallis, java moss, java fern and a pygmy sword. so from my signature you can see the species of fish in the tank and heres the plant... im getting many more plants next week as i have a week of work and college. I also want to get some more fish. any ideas? thanks!

I'd definitely bump the serpaes up to 6 personally. Was it a juwel aquarium by any chance?

Yes im definately going to up the serpaes, And yes i think it was a jewel aquarium.

I had a juwel as my first tank, like you the filter packed in but not before the filter casing itself started falling away from the side of the tank haha. Certainly made switching to a new filter easier!
