Very good product but kind of expensive TankSoft by Mardel which is also dif to find.
Also you can run filter over peat moss granules that are less expensive and readily available in chain pet stores.
Or you can buy RO unit and then make your water whatever you want it to be.
Or you can mix distilled and tap water.
