some new fish

So we picked up some new fish today, what ya think?

we got 3 of these

1 of these

and a plant

I think 1 of our neon tetra's is prego as well as 1 of the yellow fish we just got today.. What are they chance of the fry not being eaten if they are born?

Your yellow lyretail molly looks like it could be pregnant. Neon tetras lay eggs, not likely that will happen. With three red wag platy you'll probably have a lot of fry if one of them is a male. I see all females in these pictures.

Ill try and get pics of the other platty's.. The are the red 1's right? lol.. How can you tell the difference?

Yes, the platy are the read ones. It looks like you have a yellow lyretail molly, a black molly, and at least one red wag platy from what these pictures show. You can tell by whether they have a gonopodium or not. Google it for some pictures if you want to sex them yourself, otherwise I'll be happy to look at the pics.

Mollys are very pretty fish. You have some really nice looking specimens there!! I think I may have read somewhere that mollies are also considered brackish water fish.

mollies are indestructible.... Just like my cherry barb that I've owned forever and through a cycle. They can even go SW.

Mollies can be acclimated to saltwater (very slowly and by a pro of course), they can also get VERY large.
