hm you have a bumblebee, an oscar, a CAE, a convict, a pike, an electric blue JD, a keyhole? and a syno angelicus in a 45 gal?

this tank is heading to hell in a handbasket, it looks nice now but when the pike is as big as the tank and has eaten everything in it it wont be very great, same goes for the oscar, the bumblebee should also not be int here as in needs a low protein diet and hard water with a high pH, you are going to be seriously looking for a few tanks 75-100gal to house the fish when they grow, or you could ditch everything but the convict, the JD and the catfish

but the tank looks nice now

*edit* i noticed you have another tank next to the 45gal hex, can you list all your tanks, their sizes and what you have in them?

I was going to ask what fish you have in there but Soulfish asnwered that for me. Great looking tank but I agree that it needs to be bigger unless some of those fish weren't in the 45g. I looks really good for only having plastic plants. Mine is half real and half fake but doesn't look as good as yours!

Those fish are not im the same tank there just pictures of my fish i would have more, but almost 2/3rds of the pics i took didn't come out.
I have 19 tanks so taking pictures of just one tank would be fruitless,i will have pics of my stands and setups coming soon.
Those pics were taken a few months ago so the fish aren't in the same tanks anymore.

out of all those fish, i like the pike the most .
that is a Crenichila (spelling is probably off) sveni ,i'm pretty sure he/she will get to be a monster,if you can find more info on them let me know,i found a pic that looked exactly like him/her and thats what the pic said it was.

Is it hard cleaning the tanks on the top shelf?
no,acctually they're the easiest tanks to clean, because i don't have to worry about "bonking" my head on the shelf above, and i just use a step ladder to get up there. An advantage to having the tanks up so high is that it makes the fish feel superior to me,which makes them more at ease when i enter the room as the fish in the tanks on the bottom always hide when I enter the room.

What was the fish in the "fish4" pic? That was a cool looking fish.
Thats the pike with a chinese algae eater underneath, and a mystery snail off to the side.
