Definitely sounds like Ich - mollies are prone to it. What is your tank temperature? Sometimes raising the temp and adding aquarium salt helps get rid of it. I've never used ich medicine in my tanks (it's blue and can stain decorations and silicone in tank) and I've had success with raising the temp and salt.
Good luck!

I have tried the chemical medicine and I hope I don't ahve to use it again. IT didn't really help, I lost the amjority of my fish anyway. IT stained all my stuff blue and I had to use it for so long that Ithe fish I did have left I think were overdosed on it! I would definitely try the heat and salt reccomendation first. Sooo many people on here have had such good things to say about it. Good luck!

Though I've never experienced Ich before, I vote for the salt and heat method. I treated my tank for fungus once and just don't have anything good to say about those treatments. I lost a pleco to that, and he wasn't even sick. So a more natural treatment will probably be best.

I would get ich guard. I starts some times in there eyes and moves to the rest of there body. Also it can/will kill your fish if you don't nip it in the butt quick. It is blue but depending on how much money you have invested in your fish it is very worth it. I also have not had any problems with it staining my tank of plants.

Take the temp higher - 84. Add more salt: 1 tablespoon/5 gallons. Your dojos aren't going to be happy -- keep an eye on them. This treatment does work well and will not hurt your biofilter. You need to not use any equipment between your two tanks. Once you see the last spot on a fish, treat for at least one additional week.

It's not really brackish, just salty. Short term you should be ok, but the only fish that aren't going to mind the salt are the mollies. I've used this treatment myself and have recommended it to others without too much drama. Vacuum well during water changes and be sure to replenish the salt for the duration of the treatment.

sorry bout beign so late mud, the darkness helps because ich needs light to grow, so a darkened tank means ich dies off quicker, me and my friends tank both got ich at the same time, he used rid ich and increased the temp, i went salt, temp up and darkened my tank as a hint from from my and and he was still trying to be rid of the ich a month later then me

Keep the concentration of salt steady at the therapeutic level when you perform water changes. Water lost to evaporation doesn't need to have salt added; water lost to changes also removes the salt you need to kill the ich, so you need to add salt when you do so.
