I've looked high and low for a light(s) for my 55.
I currently have 2 - 24” hoods housing 1 - 18” bulb ea. I have some where around 0.5wpg and would like to see it somewhere around 1.5-3.0wpg. I see many options for lighting and I understand most of it. I just don’t know if they’ll fit my tank the way I want them.
I want it to either be a 48” fixture or 2 24” fixtures. And I also want them to either sit on glass hoods or over glass hoods on the plastic rim around the tank (so the room doesnt glow).
It’s a freshwater tank with fish that once the wpg goes up, I’d like to add alot of plants.
I know 55's are common, so this should be an easy fix.
