getting a 55 gallon tank and im trying to get together all the Acc. im gonna need. how much flow am i looking at, like how much water should my powerhead move?

General rule of thumb is at least 20 times your water volume, but many people go alot higher than that. You can never have too much flow. Fish love it and you will take care of any dead spots that you may have with less flow. I have about 30 - 40 times the capacity in my 75 gallon tank. You may want to read "Sticky: Flow - enough is never enough"

a couple of Korallia 4's may be a bit much due to their size......a couple of 3's is plenty for a 55g.
