Strange bump on head

I don't really know if this is a disease or an injury or what, but one of my whiteclouds I noticed a little bump on the side of his head that looks like a little blister.When I first noticed it it was a clear color .. That was the day before yesterday. yesterday I checked all of them agai nand none had the bump anymore.. its pretty easy to notice since its about the size of a large grain of salt sorta like you see on those large soft pretzels.
Well today I noticed he has the bump again and it looks like more of a blood blister since its a crimson red kinda color,
He is acting totally normal. swimming around with all the other ones, eating fine, all my water parameters are fine.
Does anyone have any idea what the heck this could be?

I had something similar that turned out to be a nasty internal parasite. This may not be the same thing, but you might want to quarantine him, if possible.

Thanks Lotus.. I have him quarentined right now and i'm keeping an eye on my other fish to make sure they don't develop simular symptoms. I think you might be right about the internal parasite since he pooped in quarentine and the end of it was kinda white and stringy...
