I am keshava , Residing in india , there is a fish in my home, type " Flora ", bit big about 12 inches length, last week it just happened that it has hit itself (may be head portion) to the top of the aquarium, from that time it has started to go swim upside down , i don't know any mediciations, kindly suggest.
