swim bladder?

Hello,

One of my discus recently started swimming carzy. It Kinda floats to the top on its side , then swims really fast in circles. This has been going on for a day now, it just started swimming upside down and running into the glass as well. No other symptoms, other than this looks healthy. Is it a parasite infection or swimm bladder, any ideas or suggestgions on remedys?

my fancy goldfish were doing the same thing. I gave them some shelled cooked peas. Plus cut down diet in half. Seems to work for a while, but then it kicks back up. I soak my food most of the time so they can digest it easier. Im only 6 months in, but do alot of researching.
