Tank mate suggestions

I am getting a 29gal tank and I want to keep:
-6 tiger barbs
-Pair of blue gourami

Any suggestions of other tank mates?

Both your choices are fin nippers & agressive fish, i'd be very careful what you add. 6 tigers should spread out the agression among them, but the gourami will let everyone know who's boss. Above all, DON'T put angels in this mix.....Rich

i would go for more of the barb family - maybe cherry's as their colours are quite amazing
