tank overload...

high there...my fry tank...
well the 'fry' are 3/4 of an inch long now...
there are 16 of them...
and they're in a 3gallon[imp] tank...

i see trouble ahead...
doing 10% changes every other day...
should i up that...for a while...
and try to get some credit at the lfs for the fry ... ???

first thing I would do is make sure you don't have any defects. Ones that malformed, ragged fins, crooked spines, or just haven't grown like the others. If you have any like this you should cull them. Then see how many you have left and trade them.

Man if only you didint live so far away >< I would consider taking any of them that you cant use for taking* melformed* and any others you cant seem to unload.. Do you know of shiping from that far?? Maybe theres still a way..You have a overload for sure O_O massive amounts.. hm... They sound cute though ^-^ hehehe. I think you've got the right plann going waiting for the incher mark and going forward from there.. Good luck, and let us know if theirs anything that can be done to help you.

you can get big $ for the albino. my friend sold an albino guppy for $20 to the local fish store. apparently they are pretty rare? he also got a pure black guppy which sold for alot

i'd mail them if i could...
not too nice for them i guess... :(

they are WAY cute...
fully formed platties...perfect...

when thay were fry...i wasn't bothered...
now they are proper little fish...
i'm getting into them rightly ... :)
