Tank Planning (for future)

when i buy my house im going to have a 450gal tank installed, im going to start saving on it now, fish and all, so im trying to plan it out. heres what im thinking so far see what you guys think

1 Clown Knife
2 Fahaka puffers
1 Fire eel
1 tire track eel
1 Bichir
5 Clown synodotis catfish
5 Peacock eels
1 Rainbow shark
4 bala sharks
----------------
5 Inch high sand substrate (for the eels and bichir to burrow in)
Lots of Rockwork, Caves, and Driftwood for hiding
lots of Airstones for circulation

Now for my questions: shouldnt that fish combonation work? Live plants or fake? Thanks in adavqnce for all the answers *SUPERSMIL

Thanx i worked with that website and this is what the final draft came out to be

1 Fahaka puffer
1 fire eel
1 tire track eel
6 peacock eels
1 Polypterus bichir
5 Clown synodotis
1 Rainbow shark
4 Bala sharks

Sand substrate
caves,rockwork etc.
live plants

That looks good but then again I don't really know much about those fish. But I trust the website!

Although I still think it would be worth while for you to check out the puffer forum just for the extra input and advice with your puffer. I would recommend other specialty forums for the other fish but I don't know of any.....

Lots of airstones and live plants don't do well together. The airstones will offgas the CO2 the plants need.

Also, I would be very careful of a 5" deep substrate. That deep risks developing anaerobic pockets.

Thats the purpose of the airstones to keep most of it circulated and the eels burrow so wont they keep the sand sturred? and Sushi my moms friend has a 100gal tank with 2 silver tipped sharks, 4 bala's , 2 cichlids, a red tailed shark, and a clown syno. they all are just as happy as they can be :)
