hi all i have just purchased a aquarium and wondered if it is safe to put it upstairs in my bedroom the weight is going to be in excess of 300kg-350kg it would be running across the joists,any help greatly appreciated.
Most floors are rated high enough to support a good size fishtank. That being said, putting it against a load bearing wall and across more than one joist are good precautions
