tap water during cycle question

okay i know you have to do at least 25 percent water changes daily upon new tank cycle with fish in the tank to keep the amonia down but how much tank water drops do I use, and wont the tap water drops kill the good bacteria. do I even do water changes.

The conditioner won't hurt the bacteria, you should does the water BEFORE you put it in the tank as per the directions on the bottle.
