Tetra disease?

I just noticed that one of my tetras has a strange, swollen tail. Not the fins..but the area just before the fins are swollen/bloated and I see white bumps on it. Its mouth is also streaked with white.

It doesnt look like fungus to me. It looks more like growths or white warts on the skin..

does anyone have a clue as to what this might be?

Hard to identify from your description.Could be tumors or parasites or something else.

Cause mine has had that for about a month!!

izit a fungus???is it fat or da gill stickin out??I saw in LFS a nenon tetra havin da same thing like ur fish,he told me it was fungus.
