Does anyone use these? If so, how do they work. I'd like to get one with the integrated heater for my 50 gal long.

Also, what other filters have integrated heaters?

they are very loud and make a gurgling noise, it uses a system of rising and falling inside the filter to allow bacteria to get water and air, it is a good concept but the way they do it makes it very loud, if you want something with a heater built in dish out and get an eheim pro, also if power goes out the filter drains the heater could over heat and crack

I almost got one but ive been hearing they are really loud im glad i checked here first
