This Was Found In My Tank, What Is It???

This orange thing was found in my 60G tank. I am wondering what it is. It was attached to a peice of Branch Coral but it fell off and is now laying on a rock. The first pic is for size comparison. Id say its about 3/4-1/2 in. in length and it is very thin.

Hard to tell from the photo's as they are not to clear.

Possibely a peice of sponge...tell us a little more about it like it's texture, is it hard, soft, smooth or bumpy?

Could it be fish waste?

Does it move? If so I would guess some type of worm, theres many different kinds.

The Marine Biologist that I now says that its a Bristle Worm.

Ya, could very well be! If so bristle worms are nothing to really worry about. They are actually benificial to some tanks.
