three fish dead in 3 days!?

I have had 2 clown fish and a tang die, and it is rapid, they slow down, stop eating, and get a white gel loke cocoon on them and die, the whole process takes about 2 days from what I can tell, any ideas??

0 Nitrates, 0 nitrites, 8.3 ph, perfect salinity, 0 ammonia, 400 calcium levels, and my corals and snails are perfect!!
tank is 40 gallons, eheim canister system, uv sterewlizer, chiller, etcc..... setup is 1 month old.. cycled properly, im really frazzled

I can't help you much with that, since I'm a freshie. But if you post this in the saltwater section, you might get more responses. (Not that this is the wrong place, but salties tend to hang out more over there.)
