Hello; I have tiger barbs in a 55 gallon with serape tetras, cherry barbs, zebra danios and kuhli loaches right now. This combination has been in place and doing well for a few years. I have had cory cat fish with them as well in the past.
I would be suspicious of the smaller neons bring able to cope with tigers agression.
Kribensis can handle them selves. A pair will likely nest and produce young and become the bullies of a tank. They will likely stake out a territory at any rate.
No comment on the bristlenose.
Is the shark a labeo bicolor? If so should be ok as a singleton.
I would think the convicts might be too agressive and get too large for the tank and likely would conflict with the kribensis.

The convicts would not be a good idea at all just as skjl47 says and the Kribs are a toss up. If you provide what you think is enough hiding spots, then double it, you might be successful with Kribs. If you get Kribs be sure you dont get two males. Its best to have just one but, if you want two its best to have two females. If you get a pair that mates they will be terrorists!!!! The rest of the tank will be very unsettled and may become stressed. Kribs are cichlids so they are very territorial. They dont have a nasty attitude just a bad one LOL!! If you want a happy healthy tank I would stick with community fish.
