Time to remove the buttekoferi

Everything was fine for the past 2 months until I heard a loud knock. It seems three of my african cichlids (the largest ones in the tank) have decided to team up and go after the buttekoferi! It's quite funny in a way but I better go remove him. Now I gotta figure out how to get him out without moving my rocks around. I guess they got sick and tired of him. The biggest fish I have is 3 inches.

That is very odd, because the Butterkoferi is a very aggressive
fish in its own right. They also grow to be large fish. What African
Ciclids do you have? Are they all approx. the same size.?
