tinfoil barbs

i recently started a 10 gallon tank.i have 3 tinfoil barbs.there pretty cool.very social.all but1 is eating the food i am giving them?is he sick or still stressed or scared from his arival to my tank ive had them 3 days.please help i dont want him to die.

Do you know they get to 14"? I hope you have a bigger tank planned.

Many fish take a while to get used to a new tank. What are you feeding them?

im feeding them tetra color flakes.oh and how do you tell if there boy and girl?

the tetra flakes are good for a while, but later in life most fish would appreciate a wider variety of foods, (ex. bloodworms, shrimp brine, etc)

well ya i have those but an assistant at petco told me that they where to young for bloodworms.i dont believe that though there 2 inches long i think there old enough what do you think?

2 inches long......yea hes right, id wait a bit. You shouldnt feed them more solid/hardier food till they're mid size, about 3-4 inches

yes i do and i plan with in the next few months to move them to my 200 gallon tank but there currently two small.

lots of chery barbs and almost 20 ruby barbs

im plannig on getting more barbs,my neighbor loves barbs and his keep having babies so he give some to me!

Is this a 20 gallon or a 200 gallon? What exactly do you have in your tanks and what size are the tanks? How long has each been set up? All your threads are getting very confusing, especially since for the most part you're just carrying on the same conversation in them all.
