tiny bugs

I have small black bugs whenever I put my net into the water there are little black bugs fry are white and they're about half the size of a mite does anyone have any idea what these are. I dont know what there doing if anything to damage the fish or plants.

Probably just and infestation of small quatic animals. Leave them alone and the fish will eat them. You can add a few bottom feeders to keep them under control.
