i have juz got 2 albino barbs, 1 tiger barbs and 3 little green tiger barbs.. i have 2 older biger tiger barbs, they r "full size" already i guess ( 1.5 inchm with fins) and the new albinos n tiger are only 1 inch ( with fins) but they didn't get beat up by the bigger ones, they swim together in a group, it looks very CUTE! :-* now i wonder... should i let my tiny green tiger barbs join them. they r about 0.8 inch "long" r they too tiny? will my bigger barbs eat them? i don't when my green barbs to be feeder...
o wellz, my tank has a lot of plastic plants
big ones i have 5, small ones i have 8 and a "cave" too.. will it be ok for my little barbs?

If they're in the breeder net the other fish should be able to get to them. Do they seem to bother them? If not then I wouldn't worry about them and I would add them in with the rest. HTH ;D

Well if I were you I would just wait until I had about and hour to sit around and then I would let the smaller ones go free and watch how the other fish react to the smaller ones. ;D

Better to be safe than sorry. I started another post before about my tiger barbs trying to eat swordtails. They will eat anything.

a word of warning- my guppy fry gets sucked up by my power filter ALL THE TIME. of course i don't care cause otherwise my tank would be overrun, but if you have a power filter watch out.

I have had alot of tiger barbs and they have always chased new fish that are introduced to the tank. but never harmed even smaller fish.  So I say go for it.  and if it dosent work out don't your barbs deserve a little snack?
