I have a 7 heads torch coral and its heads suddenly start to shrink after I did not turn on the light for a whole day. The heads do expand but just a little bit, irregularly. There is no tissue recession or brown stuff on the head at this point. I don't know what caused this, it might be the heat, because I did not turn on the fan and I believe the temperature hit 90 degrees yesterday in my tank. Any suggestions on what I should do?? Please help.

I would bet the heat too, and I don't think there's a lot you can do except sit and hope. A water change never hurt , or changing some carbon or a polyfilter.
