Treating Ick-Will it harm fry?

Unfortunately I noticed some ick on a couple of my fish this evening. I'm concerned about treating the tank while there's fry in my breeding tank. Will the treatment harm the fry?

A couple of thoughts ... (1) use the half dose recommened by the mfr and maybe fry will tolerate the medication. (2) remove the fry to a "hospital tank" and use the salt and increased temperature treatment, which they may tolerate better.

actually i used the half dose ick guard to cure my betta fry.
make sure you do water changes!
I've been keeping up on all my water changes and treated with the half dose last night. I lost about four fry but the others seem to be going strong. There is still some ick remaining on my adult fish so I'll have to do another treatment this evening. Thank you for all the great tips everyone. ;) I'll keep you posted...
