Triops as fish food?

Has anyone heard of Triops?

Anywho...they are banchiopods and such. Anyone know if you can use them as fish food?

i don't think so ask a profesinal because it sounds like it could poision the fish .triops are from before the dino erra

I grew some triops before; they're pretty cool. I don't see how they would hurt as fish food though. It seems they're harmless. I would stick to live black worms though. I spent $6 on many triop eggs and only 2 survived to grow to a significant size for food and then they need certain food and then they need dirct sunlight for a specific amount of time, so blackworms would be a better choice, if available.
