my hood has 2 slots im only going to use one and i have a separate lunar light.

it says 25 watt max tubular...

im just getting a fish only tank with LR and LS for now.
but might change to reef.

so wats a good light bulb to get for it?

if there isnt anything good can u tell me wats a good hood to get for a 10g L20"XW10"XH12"

btw i found the hood

you are going to be very limited as far as bulbs with that setup...the bulbs you listed are actually pretty good (and probably the only reef-type bulbs for this setup) but you should make sure they will fit in the enclosure

thanks but im going to drop kick the hood...and get like a egg crate cover...

plus i have to make room for powerheads and other stuff...

i'll just get something like this



smaller though...

can cut around it so it will fit around perfectly around the tank and equipment.

or i can just get that canopy...that my uncle has...u can lift up the back so theres room for like 2 power heads, filter, and heater.
