tumor like disease?

I recently visited one of my LFS and there was a tank that had a sick sign for the gold L.F. rams, and I didn't notice anything wrong. Then my friend notice something and pointed it out . Then I saw what was wrong with them, they had an internal parasite. They look similar to rice grains, and there were multiple ones in the fish . They look liked tumors in the fish. Can anyone I.D. this unkown disease?

no I don't think it is fish louse. This thing was inside the fishes body, no legs, eyes, wings. more like a rice grain worm, didn't move either.
