polyps
leathers
annnd mushrooms!
you shouldnt worry about fish with saltwater too much. depending on the size tank you can have one or two small ones....you cant overstock a SW tank like youve done with your freshwater, which you shouldnt have that many fish in a 12g either.
youll need LR...recommended i think 1.5lbs for every gallon.
put the rock down, then add sand or crushed coral-about 2.5-3inches. add rock first so anything moving around the sand doesnt make rocks fall oer
youll need a bunch of diff. types of snails to clean up-ones that go through sand, on tank wall and rock. nerites are good.
in a 34 gallont ank...
you can do NO angels, no tangs
you could do a pair of clown fish, and maybe a few clown gobies
tanks too small for a group of firefish IMHO
could do a dwarf angel
chromis can be nasty, dont put them with other fish. youll regret it
bi-color dottyback is a good starter fish
yellow watchman goby-just ONE
flame hawkfish
six-line wrasse
you CANNOT put all the fish i listed in this tank...maybe 3....if you want to stuff a bunch of fish into a tank then i do not recommend saltwater for you. stick with freshwater and your guppies.
you will need to buy a skimmer to pull nutrients from the tank
would be a good idea to hae a sump, but for beginnning maybe a hang on the back refugium? google it
corals are not like plants...they need food/suppliments and light. you will have to find a good dosing for your tank, but since their softies, there wont be as much to it. frozen foods are best in regards to salwater i think, and you cannot add corals until the tank is cycled....so let the tank sit for a month with NO FISH and NO CORALS until it is cycled.
