For decoration purposes I'm setting up a treasure chest that has air bubbles. The 60 gallon tank is in the main room where the tv is and I would prefer not to here the air pump humming along. Its for looks so I'm been looking at small units but I keep getting different opinions on which is the best.. Any opinions here?

Second question. What is a good heater for a 20 gallon tank. The 200 watt I have in there right now (I was misinformed) has the tank at 82 degrees at the lowest setting and I'm afraid I'll fry my guys :( Should I hold off or get something new?

THANKS AGAIN!!!

Just about any air pump that I've bought in the past 5 years have been quite so long as they aren't sitting on or next too anything that will vibrate with it. I try to set it on the carpet if I can, and when I do I can't even tell it's running. If you set it on something soft, you shouldn't hear it.

I would get a new heater for the 20 gallon. A 100-150w heater should do just fine.
