Is it ok to keep this in my current tank?

My tank: 20g planted tank with swordtails, ottos, and some ghost shrimps

Any special requirement for keeping this?

Are you reffering to a fiddler crab? If so they need to beable to get out of the water somehow, it isn't require but they won't live very long if they can't get out.

I'm not sure about the name but it has one big claw and one small claw.

Yes, and the fems have two little claws.

there all over here, make great bait for fishing, and in teh wild they spend most of there time out of water or down there holes in a small puddle at the bottom

They need primarily brackish water as well as able to breath air. They are not good to be put in fish tanks.
